1 Shampoo Bar = 60 Uses
A bar of solid shampoo corresponds to about 60 uses depending on the length of your hair or whether you will use it to cleanse your body.
Instructions for use
Just like with any other shampoo. On wet hair, pass the bar in a circular motion until it foams, then continue with your hands after keeping the bar from getting wet and then rinse with plenty of water.

You can of course use the shampoo bar to cleanse your body as it has only good elements to offer you.
