Instructions

1. Gently press the stick from the bottom
2. Hold the product to your skin to warm it slightly
3. Use the cream like a pencil and apply it generously to the skin
4. Use the cap to slide the stick back when closing the container
5. Re-apply at least every 2 hours, after 40 minutes of swimming or sweating.
