The ISLA is a bit more generous in size. If you are really in doubt between two sizes, you can definitely go for the smallest size. An XS is like a 34, an S like a 36, ​​an M like a 38, an L like a 40, an XL like a 42, an XXL like a size 44, a 3XL like a size 46, a 4XL like a size 48.
